Eligible for Return/Exchange ✅

• Items that are defective or incorrect
• Must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and securely packaged)
 • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order via ledreamfit@gmail.com

Not Eligible ❌

• Change of mind or personal preferences — we provide pictures of the product and on model to help you choose.
• Sizing issues — measurements are provided in our size chart; deviations of 1–3 cm are normal.
• Slight color variations due to lighting or display settings.
• Minor imperfections, including:
• Measurement deviations within 1–3 cm
• Small stains or minor loose threads
• Slight detachment or snags
• Slight color variations between production batches
• Damage caused by human actions

Return & Refund Instructions

1. Message us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Dreamfit team will verify the item.
3. We will provide the return address to send the item back.
4. Items must be returned within 3 days after verification.

Refund & Exchange Process

• Once the item is received and inspected, Dreamfit will approve the refund or exchange.
• If the item is out of stock, you may choose:
• A replacement of equal value
• Exchange for another item
• A refund
• Return shipping is covered by Dreamfit if the item received is incorrect or defective; otherwise, it is borne by the customer.
• Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
