Eligible

We want you to love your order! Returns/exchanges are accepted if:

  • The item is defective or incorrect.
  • Returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and securely packaged).
  • A request is made within 3 days of receiving your order via [SUPPORTEMAIL].


Not Eligible

To keep things fair, we’re unable to accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences — we provide pictures of the product and on model to help you decide.
  • Sizing issues — measurements are provided in our size chart; deviations of 1–3 cm are normal.
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or display settings.
  • Minor imperfections, including:
    • Measurement deviations within 1–3 cm
    • Small stains or minor loose threads
    • Slight detachment or snags
    • Slight color variations between production batches

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Le Dreamfit team will verify your request.
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address to send the item back.
  4. Items must be returned within 3 days after verification.

Refund & Exchange

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will approve the refund or exchange.
  • If your item is out of stock, you can choose:
    • A replacement of equal value
    • Exchange for another item
    • Refund
  • Return shipping is covered by Le Dreamfit if the item received is incorrect or defective; otherwise, it is borne by the customer.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Le Dreamfit reserves the right to modify policies at any time without prior notice and may decline requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
