Eligible
We want you to love your order! Returns/exchanges are accepted if:
- The item is defective or incorrect.
- Returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and securely packaged).
- A request is made within 3 days of receiving your order via [SUPPORTEMAIL].
Not Eligible
To keep things fair, we’re unable to accept returns/exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preferences — we provide pictures of the product and on model to help you decide.
- Sizing issues — measurements are provided in our size chart; deviations of 1–3 cm are normal.
- Slight color variations due to lighting or display settings.
- Minor imperfections, including:
• Measurement deviations within 1–3 cm
• Small stains or minor loose threads
• Slight detachment or snags
• Slight color variations between production batches
How to Return
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Le Dreamfit team will verify your request.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address to send the item back.
- Items must be returned within 3 days after verification.
Refund & Exchange
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will approve the refund or exchange.
- If your item is out of stock, you can choose:
• A replacement of equal value
• Exchange for another item
• Refund - Return shipping is covered by Le Dreamfit if the item received is incorrect or defective; otherwise, it is borne by the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Le Dreamfit reserves the right to modify policies at any time without prior notice and may decline requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
